How Your Feedback Is Used

On a regular basis the MSM 1139 reviews feedback from surveys to track and monitor which program are performing well and which program are not. Performance is based on data such as Scoutbook records and surveys.

Have your say

We conduct our Scout Experience Survey (SES) three times each year to gather your thoughts about Scouts. Whether you're a scout or a parent, the Scout Experience Survey provides an opportunity for you to share what's working well for you in Scouts and what isn't.

Your views matter

We utilize the SES results to showcase the positive impact Scouts has on young people and communities. Emphasizing these positives greatly aids us in refining our efforts, striving to make Scouts as safe, accessible, and enjoyable as possible for everyone involved. Your input empowers us to expand the movement and enhance our practices, ultimately making Scouts a better experience for all!

We need your help

We would greatly appreciate it if you could take a moment to fill out the survey and share your views. The more people who participate, the better we can understand how to enhance our services, tools, and resources.

Who can take part?

If you're 13 years or older and involved in Scouts, you can participate. This includes both young people (Scouts) and adult parents.

How do I complete the survey?

Complete the survey using the online link. The survey will be available from December 15 to December 25, 2023. Kindly ensure that you submit your responses before the closing date. Please note that each participant, even if a parent with multiple children in Scouts or playing both roles, should only complete the survey once.

What happens to my data?

The data you provide us is securely stored in our internal encrypted servers. If you have any concerns about how data is being used for this survey, you can contact your son's leader for more information on how we manage personal data.
